RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

1.   Times on entry form are for guidance only.   It is up to competitors to plan events and be available for their entered classes.

 

2.   Organisers reserve the right to divide or amalgamate classes, depending on entries

 

3.   Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries.

Judges decision is final and not subject to review.

 

4.   Complaints must be lodged in writing with a £25 fee to the Secretary within 1 hour of the class finishing.   The fee will only be returned if the complaint is upheld.

 

5.   All persons on horseback, whether competitors or not, must wear a hard hat meeting current safety standards.

 

6.   Under new Health and Safety Rules, any rider who falls from their horse/pony while competing must retire, and lead their mount on foot from the ring.

 

7.   The Organisers accept no liability for loss, damage or accident to property or persons, regardless of cause.

 

8.   Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

 

9.   Riders to remain at a walk except in designated warm up areas.
